Forms and information

Permission for interment by owner

This form must be used by the current living Interment Rights Holder registered at the Township of Gillies office, or the Power of Attorney of the current living Interment Rights Holder.

If the Interment Rights Holder is deceased, the executor of the estate, or in their absence the next-of-kin of the deceased may use this form.

Permission for interment/disinterment/monument installation by heir(s)

This form is to be used to authorize an interment in a grave where the Interment Rights Holder is deceased and the lot has not been designated to another in the will.

All the immediate heirs are required to give permission for the interment to take place, or for the installation of a monument.
