Change of Draft Budget Meeting Schedule

Notice: The draft budget will be discussed during a special meeting of council on Monday August 10, 2026 at 6:30PM.

Prior notice July 24, 2026: Due to the July 27, 2026 cancelled council meeting, a new schedule will be posted for the draft budget once confirmed.

Prior notice: Due to the additional workload associated with managing the emergency declaration, tonight’s scheduled draft budget meeting has been cancelled. Additionally, the public budget meeting previously set for July 27, 2026, has also been cancelled. Instead, the next draft budget discussion will take place during the regular Council meeting on July 27, 2026. Please note that the budget will not be finalized at this meeting; a separate public meeting will be scheduled to allow for community input prior to Council passing the final budget.

Township of Gillies effective 

July 13, 2026 beginning at 12:00 AM (Midnight).

All fires are prohibited throughout Gillies Township until further notice.
