Delegation
The purpose of a delegation to Council is to present a topic to Council where they hear your information for up to 15 minutes. Council does not typically make decisions during a delegation. If you would prefer to send correspondence to Council for the agenda please see below under correspondence.
If you would like to speak to council at a meeting please fill out the form below by clicking on the button. All best efforts will be made for attendance at the next scheduled meeting however, there is no guarantee. The Clerk will follow up with a meeting date, time for attendance and requirements for material.
Persons wishing to address Council shall make a written application and summary that includes the reason(s) they wish to speak to Council and include the name(s) of those who will be speaking no later than 4:00 p.m. seven (7) business days prior to the Council meeting.
All requests to speak to Council must include a written summary of the issue to be discussed and include all material to be presented to council. Each delegation is allotted fifteen minutes.

Council Meetings
Council meetings are held every third Monday of each month. If a meeting date falls on a statutory holiday, the meeting shall be held on the Tuesday of the same week.
Meetings start at 6:30 pm virtually and at the Municipal Office.
