The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
Location: CLE Grounds, Cardinal Room 425 Northern Ave, Thunder Bay, ON.
Elections for the 2024 Board of Directors will take place.
Become involved! Contribute your great ideas to the Society and the Fair by becoming part of it.
We are always looking for people who are willing to serve as Directors and Committee members. Please be aware that this is a working Board, which means attendance at monthly meetings, being responsible for one Committee or Area, and participating on other Committees as needed.
Volunteers are always needed throughout the Spring/Summer to get the Grounds ready, and during Fair Weekend.
If you don’t want to commit to being a director you may still attend the AGM. There are still opportunities to join as a Committee Lead, Member, or Volunteer.
