Final Tax Bill - Late Notice

The 2026 final tax bills will be processed later than usual. 

Bills will be mailed the first week of October with the first instalment being due October 29, 2026 and the second due November 30, 2026.

The Fire Ban for Gillies Township has been lifted 

and the Fire Chief reminds you to call before you burn and to burn responsibly.

Please be advised that Fire Chief, Corey Santorelli has issued a fire ban for the 

Township of Gillies effective 

July 13, 2026 beginning at 12:00 AM (Midnight).

All fires are prohibited throughout Gillies Township until further notice.

Advanced Poll and Election Day Voting Location/Dates/Times

An advanced poll for the 2026 Municipal Elections will be held on Tuesday, October 13 2026 at the Municipal Office located at 1092 Highway 595 (side entrance of Whitefish Valley School) between 5:00PM and 8:00PM.

Election Date is Monday, October 26 2026 at the Municipal Office located at 1092 highway 595 (side entrance of Whitefish Valley School) between 10:00 AMand 8:00PM.
